Initial Lawn
Board Ups:
Initial lawn includes mowing of the front back and sides of the property, trimming hedges, trimming around the property driveway. We will also trim sidewalks, remove grass clippings, and debris from trimming hedges and or plants. We also make sure that nothing touches the structure including hedges, plants, small trees, and ivy.
Routine Sales Clean:
Within two business days we can secure any openings ensuring the protection of your asset. This includes boarding windows, doors, the installation of security doors and garage door openings.( All boarding procedures meet HUD standards) Evictions: We have trained professionals that collaborate with local law enforcement to effectively remove tenants, and personal belongings from the property.
